AirlineRatings, a Australian aviation safety and product rating agency announced their annual Airline Excellence Awards.<br />Singapore Airlines is their pick for Airline of the Year. They nudged Air New Zealand out of the top spot. <br />CNN says that this may be due to a business move that Singapore Airlines made in October, when they relaunched "the world's longest nonstop scheduled passenger service, flying from Singapore to New York."<br />Qatar Airways came in fourth. <br />
