The South Korean government is pushing for a fresh round of deregulation measures aimed at helping new industries prosper.<br />During a weekly meeting with ministers on Thursday, Prime Minister Lee Nak-yon said the government is overhauling 82 regulations in new sectors,... including hydrogen fueled vehicles, drones, virtual reality, and bio-pharmaceutical.<br />The PM especially underscored the plight of the hydrogen fueled car sector, saying there are fewer than six-hundred hydrogen cars in the country, due to strict regulations on the installation of charging stations.<br />Stressing the job creation potential of the new businesses, the Prime Minister urged ministries to take independent measures to strip away red tape. <br />
