A 25-year-old fell into a scam after she was approached to fill out a “survey form” while shopping alone at a shopping mall in Bukit Bintang.<br /><br />MCA Public Services and Complaints Department head Datuk Seri Michael Chong urged members of the public to be cautious when asked to fill out survey forms at shopping malls.
