Good morning, expect a colder and dustier day today, the capital area and Chungcheong-do Provinces have been seeing high levels of ultra fine dust since yesterday afternoon and toxic smog from China will add to the dustier conditions. <br /><br />Dress warmer than yesterday, it's going to be chillier this afternoon with lots of cloud coverage... some southern regions and Jeju will see showers all day <br /><br />Morning lows in most parts are kicking off slightly higher, Seoul, Daejeon and Daegu at 6 degrees Celsius, Busan and Jeju are still having double digit morning lows at 11 and 13 degrees. <br /><br />Seoul will see highs nearly 5 degrees lower than yesterday only getting up to 11 degrees Celsius. The rest of country will also notice highs that are 2 to 5 degrees lower than yesterday. <br /><br />Today actually could be the mildest morning of the season, starting tomorrow lows will plunge to the lower single digits...but at least we'll see cleaner air tomorrow. <br /><br />That's Korea for you and here's the international weather for viewers around the world.<br />
