CHINA — China's air quality has again started deteriorating due to heavy pollution.<br /><br />The government has issued a revised air quality plan for the region. This is because pollution-prone cities in north China are set for more heavier smog this year than ever before.<br /><br />Northern Chinese cities have already seen four bouts of smog since early October, reports the South China Morning Post.<br /><br />Apparently, Chinese officials are blaming the weak winds and high humidity for the smog.
