South Korea is expected to announce it's disbanding a controversial organization funded by Japan... for the victims of Tokyo's wartime sexual enslavement of Korean women.<br />An official at Seoul's foreign ministry says work to disband the so-called Reconciliation and Healing Foundation will take six months to a year. <br />Seoul will also continue discussions on what to do with the 8-point-7 million U.S. dollars in Japanese funding.<br />The foundation is the result of a 2015 agreement between Seoul and Tokyo.<br />However, the foundation never actually started running, since many of the victims rejected the agreement as a failure by Japan to take full legal responsibility. <br />
