Now to news that North Korea's main nuclear reactor seems to be offline.<br />U.S.-based North Korea-monitoring website 38 North says that, based on recent satellite imagery, only a small amount of cooling water is flowing at the five-megawatt reactor at the Yeongbyeon Nuclear Scientific Research Center.<br />It says the slight water flow that's visible is probably an attempt to remove residual heat from past operations. <br />38 North also says the site's Experimental Light Water Reactor appears to be idle at the moment. <br />
