The CIA has concluded Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman personally ordered the murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi.<br /><br />The have based their findings on intelligence, including a phone called made by the Prince's brother Khalid bin Salman to Khahoggi and recordings from the Turkish government. <br /><br />Journalist Jamal Khashoggi went missing on October 2 after entering the Saudi consulate in Istanbul, Turkey.
