The CIA has determined who it believes was behind the killing of journalist Jamal Khashoggi.<br />The Saudi journalist was murdered and dismembered in the Saudi Arabian consulate in Istanbul.<br />According to CNN, the Agency believes Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman gave the go-ahead.<br />This, despite the Saudi government's denials that the de facto ruler was involved.<br />Sources say the CIA reached its conclusion by examining several sources of intelligence. <br />
