South Korea's top nuclear envoy will leave for the U.S. in the coming hours,... as Seoul aims to restart stalled denuclearization talks with North Korea.<br /> Lee Do-hoon, Seoul's special representative for Korean Peninsula peace and security affairs will be in Washington for three days for meetings with his U.S. counterpart Stephen Biegun.<br />The two are expected to assess the security conditions on the Korean Peninsula and discuss ways to strengthen cooperation on the denuclearization process.<br />They are also expected to talk about establishing a working group for regular communication on denuclearization, sanctions and inter-Korean exchanges. <br />
