The country's three main political parties have failed to reach an agreement to end days of standstill at the National Assembly.<br />Despite a meeting between the floor leaders on Monday,... they were unable to find common ground over whether to hold a parliamentary probe into unfair hiring practices in the public sector.<br />The ruling party says.... that the opposition is making unreasonable demands,... and that it's putting on hold pending bills and the deliberation of next year's spending plan.<br />Rival parties have until the legal deadline of November 30th to review the budget. <br />However, the two biggest opposition parties say... they will not cooperate in parliamentary affairs unless.... the ruling party accepts their demands. <br />
