Learn how to make Soya Chilli, an Indo-Chinese starter recipe at home with Chef Varun Inamdar on Rajshri Food.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />100 gm soya nuggets, boiled & drained<br /><br />For the gravy<br />1 tbsp oil <br />2 tbsp garlic, chopped<br />1/2 tsp ginger, chopped<br />1 large onion petals<br />1 cup Assorted capsicum thickly sliced <br />4 green chillies, sliced<br />1 tsp Dark soy sauce<br />Salt and pepper as required<br />1/2 cup Cold Water <br />1 tsp cornstarch<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />Heat oil in a vessel, add ginger, garlic, green chilli, allow it to saute.<br />Add onions, let them turn translucent and then add capsicum.<br />Add soya nuggets, toss it on high flames and add black pepper, salt, soy sauce and toss it on high flame.<br />In half glass of water and cornstarch and make a slurry.<br />Add the slurry to the soya chilli and allow it to cook on high flame.<br />Our Soya Chilli is ready to serve.<br /><br />
