South Korean author Han Kang has won the Spain San Clemente Award for her novel "The Vegetarian."<br /> Korea's Changbi Publisher says the award is meaningful in that the nominee is hand-picked by only 30 high school students. <br />The novel also won the Man Booker International Prize in 2016. <br />
