A UN committee has said Japan's reparations to the Korean women forced to serve as sex slaves during World War II are not enough. <br />The Committee on Enforced Disappearances said in a report.... that it is "concerned at the lack of adequate reparations to the victims… and regrets Tokyo's position that the issue "is resolved finally and irreversibly."<br />It also said that information including the exact number of victims is not enough and that more research and disclosure needs to be done. <br />A Japanese official to the UN in Geneva said the report only shows one side of the issue, and that Tokyo has lodged a complaint with the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights. <br />
