Do try it at home and share your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:-<br />5 Potatoes, boiled<br />2 tbsp Oil<br />1 tsp Ginger paste<br />1 tsp Garlic paste<br />1 tbsp Fennel seed powder<br />1 tsp Garam Masala<br />Asafoetida<br />1 tsp Cumin powder<br />1 tsp Coriander powder<br />1/4 tsp Turmeric powder<br />Red Chilli powder as per taste<br />1 tsp Amchur powder<br />Coriander leaves, chopped<br />1 Onion, chopped<br />Salt to taste<br />Ghee/Clarified butter<br /><br />Method:-<br />Heat oil in a vessel, add ginger paste, garlic paste, saute it till the raw smell goes away.<br />Switch off the flame and start adding the dry masala's.<br />Add fennel seed powder, garam masala, asafoetida, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder and mix well.<br />Add masala, amchur powder, coriander leaves, onion on the boiled potatoes, salt, mix well and mash the potatoes as well.<br />Roll a ball of dough into a paratha and stuff it with the potato mixture and roll it once again.<br />Heat a pan, grease it with ghee, keep the gas on medium flame and fry the parathas.<br />Our Aloo Paratha is ready to serve.<br />
