Do try it at home and share your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:-<br />Poha, soaked & ground<br />1 Onion, finely chopped<br />Coriander leaves, chopped<br />Curry Leaves, chopped<br />1 Spring Onion, chopped<br />3 Green Chillies, finely chopped<br />1 Tomato, finely chopped<br />1 tbsp Coriander powder<br />Salt to taste<br />1/4 cup Semolina/Rava<br />Water as required<br />Oil for frying<br /><br />Method:-<br />In a bowl add poha, tomato, onion, spring onion, coriander, curry leaves, green chilli, coriander powder, salt, semolina, water and mix well.<br />Heat oil in a pan, take half ladle batter and make small dosa's.<br />Close the lid and let it cook on one side first and then flip it and cook it on another side as well.<br /><br />Our Poha Dosa is ready to eat.
