<p>John-David Duggar</a> once told his family he would be a “bachelor to the rapture,” because he was convinced he’d never settle down and get married. All that changed, however, when he met Abbie Burnett</a>.</p><br /><p>After just two weeks of courting, the second oldest Duggar son decided to introduce his then-girlfriend to the family, and their reaction could not have been more priceless.</p><br /><p>“I literally started crying because I was like, ‘You’re kidding me? Is this a joke or is this real?’” his sister Joy-Anna </a>admitted. “I was really shocked.”</p><br /><p>John’s twin sister Jana </a>was surprised by the news, too, but she approved of her brother’s romance. “She’s just, I think, perfect for him.
