Morning lows in Seoul plunged below freezing,... brace yourself,... readings will go down even further on Friday to minus 4. <br /><br />The frosty morning will turn into a sunny, cool afternoon,... hovering around 10 degrees Celsius in most areas... Seoul will only get up to 7 degrees Celsius.
