Morning lows in Seoul plunged below freezing,... brace yourself,... readings will go down even further on Friday to minus 4. <br /><br />The afternoon will be sunny and cool,... hovering around 10 degrees Celsius in most areas... Seoul will only get up to 7 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile a dry weather advisory is in place for some eastern regions including Busan and Ulsan. <br /><br />The cold snap will ease on Sunday.
