<br /> According to Reuters, the US economy expanded at a rate of 2.5-percent during the fourth quarter of 2018.<br />Based on data for durable goods orders and home resales in October, the Atlanta Federal Reserve lowered their GDP forecast model to an annualized rate of 2.5-percent.<br />That pace matched the Atlanta Fed’s GDP program for calculating the nation's gross domestic product.<br />The Atlanta Fed also reduced their projected drag from residential investment in the current quarter by 2-percent. <br />
