Do give it a try and share your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br /><br />Ingredients:<br />1 tbsp Coriander seeds<br />1 tsp Cumin seeds<br />1 tsp Poppy seeds<br />2 Cloves & 3-4 Cinnamon sticks<br />2 Kashmiri Red Chillies<br />1 ½ tbsp Dry Coconut (chopped)<br />Water<br />1 ¼ tsp Turmeric powder<br />½ tsp Asafoetida<br />1 ½ tbsp Ghee<br />1 Onion, shredded<br />1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste<br />1 tbsp Cashew nuts<br />1 Capsicum, cross cut<br />1 cup Tomato Puree<br />3 Green Chillies, chopped<br />8-10 French Beans, chopped&steamed<br />1 Potato, chopped&steamed<br />2 Florets Cauliflower, steamed<br />1 Carrot, chopped&steamed<br />1/2 cup Green Peas, steamed<br />Salt<br />Coriander leaves<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />In a pan add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, poppy seeds, cloves, cinnamon, Kashmiri chillies, dry coconut and dry roast the ingredients.<br />Deseed the chillies and dry grind the ingredients.<br />Add turmeric, asafoetida and grind it once again.<br />Our Masala is ready.<br />In a pan, heat ghee, add onion, cook it till it's slightly brown.<br />Add ginger-garlic paste, cashews, capsicum, saute them for 2 minutes.<br />Add ground masala, saute it as well and add tomato puree.<br />Add green chillies, mix well and cook it for 4-5 minutes.<br />Add all the steamed vegetables, toss them together and add water.<br />Add salt, coriander leaves, mix well and our vegetable is ready to serve.<br /><br />Our Restaurant Style Veg Kolhapuri is ready.
