Try Chef Smita's version of this famous Chinese recipe and share your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:-<br />Rice<br />250 gms Chicken, sliced<br />3-4 tbsp Oil<br />1 tbsp Ginger, chopped<br />Garlic, chopped<br />1/4 tsp Black pepper powder<br />1 Carrot, finely chopped<br />1 cup French Beans, finely chopped<br />1 Capsicum, finely chopped<br />Spring Onion whites<br />2 tbsp Celery, chopped<br />2 tsp Vinegar<br />2-3 tsp Soy sauce<br />1 cup Spring Onion greens<br />Salt to taste<br /><br />Method:-<br />Heat a wok, add oil, ginger, garlic, black pepper powder, chicken, saute it on high flame for 2 minutes.<br />Add carrot, french beans, spring onion whites, celery, vinegar, soy sauce, spring onion greens, rice and mix well.<br />Add salt and mix it lightly.<br />Our Chicken Fried Rice is ready to serve.
