According to Reuters, oil prices slid to their lowest prices of the year amid concerns of a supply glut.<br />By the afternoon on Nov. 23rd, the international benchmark fell by $3.13, bringing a barrel of Brent crude oil to $59.47, while West Texas Intermediate crude lost $3.35 falling to $50.53 a barrel.<br />The global supply of oil is currently growing faster than demand, in part because of US oil producers. <br />
