According to Reuters, oil prices slipped by more than 6-percent as they headed towards their lowest in more than a year.<br />By the afternoon on Nov. 23rd, the international benchmark dropped by $3.13, bringing Brent crude oil to $59.47.<br />Though Brent crude lost 5-percent during morning trading, the price for West Texas Intermediate crude fell 6.1-percent.<br />Losing $3.35 in the morning, West Texas Intermediate is down to $50.53 a barrel.<br />Oil prices have not been that low since October, 2017 <br />
