Certain fixed-line services in parts of central Seoul have been paralyzed after a fire at a building belonging to South Korea's second biggest mobile carrier.<br /> Authorities say the KT Corporation building in Seoul's Ahyeon district caught fire at 11:20AM, Korea time.<br />No casualties have been reported, but KT says the blaze caused KT's mobile and Internet networks to go down in central Seoul.<br />KT says it could take at least a week to fully normalize the system. <br />
