Business Insider reports former CIA director Michael Hayden has suffered a stroke.<br />Hayden, 73, is currently hospitalized. His family has asked for privacy.<br />Highly respected, Hayden achieved the rank of a four-star general in the US Air Force.<br />He then led the NSA from 1999 to 2005 for Presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush.<br />He then turned his talented hand to the world of intelligence, heading the CIA from 2006 to 2009. <br />
