A 74-year-old man... indentified only by his surname Nam... threw a molotov cocktail at a vehicle carrying Supreme Court Chief Justice Kim Myeong-su,... this morning.... at around 9:10 a.m., as the car was entering the top court building in southern Seoul.<br />One of the front tires and Nam himself caught fire,... but it was immediately put out by security guards at the site.<br />No injuries have been reported yet. <br />Police arrested the man on site and has been questioning him... to investigate his possible motives and more.<br />Nam is known to have been staging a one-man protest in front of the Supreme Court building... in regards to a personal lawsuit. <br />
