The UN Security Council's North Korea sanctions committee confirmed... that it has approved a sanctions waiver for the two Koreas' joint railway inspections.<br />The Voice of America reported on Tuesday that... the committee did so through a written procedure,... and that it doesn't plan to disclose the relevant documents showing its approval.<br />Meanwhile, Seoul's unification ministry says... it has proposed the inspections schedule to Pyeongyang through the joint liaison office on Monday,... but has yet to receive a response.<br />Seoul says... the inspections are likely to start as early as this week... and is reportedly consulting with the UN Command on relevant details. <br />
