NY Senator Kirsten Gillibrand is a potential candidate for President in 2020.<br />However, her candidacy is over shadowed by her involvement in Senator Al Franken's resignation for the Senate.<br />Franken resigned during the height of the MeToo movement, when powerful men were called out for sexual misconduct.<br />Franken was accused of groping and forced kissing.<br />Gillibrand was the first senator to loudly and very publicly call for his resignation. <br />
