Do give it a try and share your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:-<br />2 tbsp Oil<br />1 tsp Ginger-garlic, crushed<br />1 tsp Cumin seeds<br />10-12 Curry Leaves<br />1/2 tsp Asafoetida<br />1 tsp Mustard seeds<br />1/2 Bunch Spinach, chopped<br />1/4 tsp Turmeric powder<br />Coriander leaves<br />1 Tomato, chopped<br />1 Onion, chopped<br />1 tsp Coriander powder<br />1 tbsp Mix Masala<br />Salt to taste<br />Water as required<br />1 cup Tur Dal, cooked<br /><br />Method:-<br />In a vessel, heat oil add asafoetida, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, ginger-garlic, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, onion, tomatoes, saute them till the onion and tomato softens.<br />Add salt, coriander powder, mix masala, spinach, dal, water, mix well and give it a boil.<br />Our Palak Dal is ready to serve.<br />
