This chicken recipe is a treat to all the chicken lovers out there. Do try it at home and share your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br /><br />Ingredients:-<br />1 tbsp Oil<br />1 1/2 tbsp <br />1/4 kg Chicken Keema<br />1 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli powder<br />1 tsp Turmeric powder<br />1 tsp Cumin powder<br />1 tsp Coriander powder<br />1 tsp Garam Masala<br />Salt to taste<br />Juice of 1 Lemon<br />Coriander leaves<br /><br />For Dough<br />1 1/2 cup Maida<br />1/2 cup Wheat Flour<br />Water<br /><br />Method:-<br />Heat oil in a vessel, add ginger-garlic paste, chicken keema, saute it and add red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, mix them well.<br />Add salt, lemon juice, mix well, cover the lid and let it cook for 10 minutes.<br />Add coriander leaves, let the keema turn dry and then switch off the gas and keep it aside to cool down.<br />Make medium sized balls of the dough, give it a shape of a cup and stuff it with prepared keema.<br />Seal the opening, spread some flour on the working table and roll the dough into a paratha.<br />Fry it on a pan, spread some oil on it and flip it on another side.<br />Repeat the process and our Paratha is ready.<br /><br />For Dough<br />In a bowl add maida, wheat flour, water and knead it into a dough.<br /><br />Our Crispy Keema Paratha is ready to serve.
