The United Nations and other authorities are investigating at least 40 ships and 130 companies for making illicit transfers of refined oil, coal and other goods to North Korea. <br />Citing diplomatic sources,... the Wall Street Journal reports these vessels have made over 2-hundred trips to the North,... in violation of UN sanctions. <br />While the exact ownership of the vessels are unknown,... they are known to have been registered in countries ranging from Taiwan to Togo. <br />The report adds the regime is using various disguise measures to avoid international sanctions. <br />
