This was the shocking moment a freak accident caused a crane at a Guatemalan port to topple over, leaving workers hanging precariously a dangerous distance from the ground.<br /><br />The footage captured last Wednesday (November 21) by one dock worker shows the red crane moving a counterweight from the larger grey crane, causing it to lose balance and collapse to the ground.<br /><br />As the heavy machinery descends it collides with an industrial lifter, leaving two workers hanging off the side metres above the ground.<br /><br />The filmer said: "They didn't have a harness for this kind of accidents, so this shows that in Guatemala there are no safety measures in this line of work."<br /><br />He later added: "Thank God no one was seriously injured."
