문의장, 종부세법 등 28건 세입예산 부수법안 지정<br /><br />The Speaker of the National Assembly has designated 28 bills ... linked to next year's budget plan... to be reviewed by the parliament's standing committees.<br />Among them... are revisions to the laws on property tax, corporate tax and income tax.<br />Under the National Assembly Act, lawmakers must review the bills by November 30th, which is this Friday.<br />If that's not accomplished, they will automatically be referred to the plenary session for a full floor vote Saturday... along with the 2019 government spending plan... unless parties agree otherwise.<br />However, the deliberations aren't expected to be easy.<br />The budget sub-committee hasn't been able to move ahead on the budget itself for the past few days.<br />Rival parties are at odds after the government said it expects a 4 trillion-won shortfall in tax revenues next year. <br />
