Dashcam footage from Tampa, Florida captured a panhandler having a roadside rage after nobody donated to his opportunistic beer fundraiser.<br /><br />The footage, captured earlier this month (November 12) on Marumbi Court, Wesley Chapel, shows the eccentric antics of the impatient beggar when the filmer was in rush hour traffic.<br /><br />The filmer said: "Crazy guy has a meltdown on the side of the road because no one’s giving him money for his sign that says 'Why lie, I need a beer'".
