Do try it at home and share your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />5 tbsp Ghee<br />1 cup Wheat Flour<br />1 cup Jaggery<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />Heat ghee in a vessel, add wheat flour and roast it on low flame.<br />Add some more ghee, mix well and cook until it turns brown.<br />Switch off the flame, add jaggery and mix well.<br />Grease the tray with ghee, transfer the wheat mixture to the tray, cut it into pieces and let it set for 1/2 an hour.<br />Our God Papdi or Gur Papdi is ready.
