The Kansas City Chiefs have released running back Kareem Hunt.<br />According to Deadspin, the team said it was because Hunt had lied to the NFL and the Chiefs.<br />Not, apparently, because TMZ published footage of him kicking and shoving a woman in a Cleveland hotel in February.<br />NFL news brokers Adam Schefter and Ian Rapoport both reported that neither the NFL nor Kansas City had seen the video. <br />
