A rogue elephant entered an Indian village and caused havoc on December 1. <br /><br />The young male elephant entered the village of Khordha in Odisha, and ran around wildly attacking people and damaging property. <br /><br />It trampled over parked bicycles and scooters and then attacked several homes forcing people to get on to the roof for safety. <br /><br />It also stood on the railway tracks for some time and delayed a few trains. <br /><br />The elephant then retreated to the forest on its own. Officials said three people suffered minor injuries while trying to escape from the rampaging elephant.
