President Moon Jae-in is calling on South Korea and Japan to cleverly handle their uncomfortable history,… and secure future-oriented relations that are affected by what happened in the past.<br />Speaking on his flight to New Zealand,... President Moon said it's hard to say the relations are smooth as historical events can always be brought up.<br />But President Moon stressed the need for Japan's participation in the denuclearization of North Korea and the ongoing peace process.<br />He said he hopes to take a two-track approach with Tokyo on North Korea,... something he says Japanese government will agree on. <br />
