Migrants in Tijuana have been transferred to a new shelter after unsanitary conditions and overcrowding forced the closure of the sport complex they were previously staying in.<br /><br />This video, filmed on December 2, shows the camp set up at a former concert venue in El Barretal, located in the eastern part of the city.<br /><br />At least 3,000 are currently residing at the new grounds, which authorities are saying has "better installation" being indoors, but is also further away from the US-Mexico border.<br /><br />Human rights groups have accused US authorities of creating a crisis at the border by limiting processing at ports of entry.
