The ruling Democratic Party and the government met this morning... to discuss ways to ease market saturation in the convenience store sector.<br />The two sides agreed.... that physical distance between stores need to be taken into account,... as well as the market characteristics of different regions.<br />They also agreed... that owners should be able to close down their stores more easily in times of financial difficulty,... by providing exemptions and cuts to penalty fees.<br />The Fair Trade Commission will unveil more details on the government's plan on Tuesday. <br />
