A small South Korean satellite designed to carry out space observation was successfully launched on Monday from Vandenberg Air Force Base in California.<br />SpaceX's Falcon 9 blasted off at around 10:30AM local time,... carrying 64 satellites,... including South Korea's Next Sat-1.<br />The satellite will reach an orbital altitude of 575 kilometers and measure space radiation and observe stars' infrared rays for the next two years.<br />Seoul's Ministry of Science and the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology will announce detailed results of the launch later this morning. <br />
