According to Automotive News, the California Highway Patrol pulled over a Tesla Model S.<br />The driver was asleep behind the wheel, and authorities believe Tesla's AutoPilot system was engaged.<br />A CHP officer pulled over the Model S early in the morning on on Highway 101 in Redwood City.<br />The Tesla was traveling at 70 miles per hour down the highway, but the driver appeared to be asleep. <br />
