Business Insider wrote that most employers are evaluating candidates through automated, one-sided phone interviews.<br />This helps them to more easily find potential employees in tight job markets.<br />Unfortunately for candidates, this makes the hiring process more frustrating and impersonal.<br />This is because the automated phone calls ask applicants a series of pre-recorded questions.<br />Like with anything, this makes it harder applicants to show themselves to employers fully. <br />
