Subhas Chandra Bose urged Dilip Kumar Roy from Mandalay Jail to flood the country with songs. Netaji quoted that "whose heart is dead to music is unlikely to achieve anything".<br />This special two CD pack contains songs by Rabindranath Tagore, D L Roy, and various other devotional and folk Poets. The CD pack also contains readings from his favourite letters and poems.<br /><br />The music of the album has been recreated by Srikumar Banerjee in a very traditional style.
