One person was killed and 20 injured on Tuesday night when a hot water pipe near Ilsan's Baekseok metro station exploded.<br />Around two-thousand-eight hundred households were also without hot water after the incident.<br />Korea District Heating Corporation has just revealed the pipes are now operational again and water for house heating systems will soon resume.<br />Prime Minister Lee Nak-yon called on the Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy to identify the cause of the incident and check for problems in the management system of the hot water pipes.<br />He also asked the ministry to provide support for the family of the victim. <br />
