Thousands of Paradise, California residents are still camping at shelters a month after the deadly fire that killed 85.<br /><br />This video, filmed by Carl Bartlett on December 3, shows a drive through Butte County Fairgrounds. The grounds became an official shelter sponsored by the Red Cross after evacuees who had settled at a Walmart parking lot as the fire broke out were relocated.<br /><br />Bartlett told Newsflare that there is talk of Red Cross shutting down the evacuation center, with plans for people to move to a new location in Chico after the water, which accumulated during a rainstorm last week, recedes.<br /><br />The number of missing persons has dropped to 11, local authorities reported.
