This is the funny moment a turtle slides and traps his head against a wall in Indonesia.<br /><br />The amusing scene, which was filmed on December 2 at Inyiak Tree House tourist resort near Bukittinggi, West Sumatra, shows the turtle stepping slowly towards a ditch.<br /><br />However, the turtle's weight and the slope make it slide down - and it bangs its little head against the side of the ditch.<br /><br />The unfortunate turtle needed a helping hand from a human to be put back in position.<br /><br />Further video seen here shows a closeup of the same turtle and it trying to go up some steps.
