Talks between South Korea, China and Japan on a three-way free trade deal are set to open for the first time in eight months.<br />Starting Thursday, the three countries will hold their 14th round of FTA negotiations in Beijing. <br />The Northeast Asian nations are members of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership,… a massive trade deal involving 16 Asian countries. <br />Seoul's deputy minister for trade negotiations says South Korea will call for a higher-level FTA deal than the RCEP, with lower barriers in the goods, services and investment sector. <br />
