Lyft Files for <br />Initial Public Offering The ride-sharing service was last valued at about $15 billion. JPMorgan Chase & Co, Credit Suisse and Jefferies have been chosen as its <br />IPO underwriters. Lyft has not revealed the number of shares it's selling or the price range for the offering in its confidential filing with the <br />Securities and Exchange Commission this week. Main rival Uber is expected to pursue its own IPO sometime next year as well. Sources say by the time that <br />happens, Uber's value could be a <br />staggering $120 billion.
